Does CR report Image Transparency?Does CR report Epitome Transparency?(OP) I'd similar to insert an image (PNG format) that has transparency. Still in CR the transparent portions testify up equally white and encompass over whatever color is behind the image. I hunted virtually for setting on the epitome format but cant find one. Does anyone have an idea I might try? For example I have colored filled box, and want to put the prototype on top of that box such that for the transparent portions the color shows through. All I become is white instead. -Pete Carmine Flag SubmittedThank you for helping continue Tek-Tips Forums free from inappropriate posts. |

RE: Does CR report Image Transparency?
Identify the image in a section of its own. Format that department by selecting the 'Underlay Following Sections' option.
This will cause a watermark effect. If you place it in the page header the secton will be underlayed on the unabridged folio. If you place information technology in the grouping header it will underlay the grouping.
RE: Does CR written report Image Transparency?
(OP)
Cheers,
I did every bit you described and it works, in then far as placing the prototype underneath, but CR still won't repsect the image's transparent portions. They come upwardly white. :-(
I can change the transparency to match the background color, simply its difficult to become a precise match... plus it tedious if the background color changes.

RE: Does CR study Image Transparency?
Tin y'all edit the background of the image opting for 'nocolor' as the color?
RE: Does CR report Prototype Transparency?
(OP)
Sadly no, I can even fix the background colour of the epitome to match the background I need and it still comes up white. I guess CR just interprets transparency as white.
For now I'thousand just replacing the transparency color in the images with the background color I need.
